posted October 20, 2004 10:41 AM Hello, With ver 2.1.6 I was able to click on print screen and have the current screen print out. With ver 3.0 and XP this does not work correctly. When the page is printed it prints out with two pages. The first page is the intro page in PowerVT and only half the page I need. Thanks |

posted October 20, 2004 12:25 PM I am sorry but I am not able to duplicate this with version 3.0.4.6 (the currently shipping one) What version are you using? If it's 3.0.4.6 then please supply the exact steps I need to take to duplicate the problem. |

Suppose I want to print this screen as is………Here is what I do: First click on file: Next: select print Next: click on current screen…………Note: If I do this I get a “blank” page….nothing on it. However: If I select current screen + scrollback buffer I get: then I get: So, to summarize: I get 1 blank sheet(or similar) and 1 messed up sheet. Basically, I should be able to get 1 sheet of the current screen only…..Its not working….. Hope this helps……….. |

posted October 27, 2004 4:03 PM Sorry, in my last reply I said version 3.0.4.6 when I should have said 3.0.6.4. Since you don't have the latest, I would suggest that you download it from our website and try again. Also, since I am not able to duplicate the problem, if you are still having it after updating. Please send a report to support@dart.com detailing the exact steps we need to take. |
