I know that many web sites detect and get information about user's browser, does Web Tools able to emule a iexplorer completly?

If not possible, how information is send/receive to make this detection?

If I understand your question correctly, you are referring to the "User-Agent:" info in the header. You can set that to whatever you want by adding an httpUserAgent label to the request header.

See the "PageFetch" sample for an example of how to add a header to the request.
