I want to write two 'sniffer' type applications but need access to the Winsock PeekMessage method for TCP and UDP. On top of that I need the ReuseAddress property for UDP ports. I see that they are not available under the Active C controls but under the Dart C++ toolkit they appear to be. Is there any reason for it not being available for Active X and does Dart have any plans to introduce them?
