Is there any solution for this problem?
We have the same problem on some NT4 machines.

As far as I can tell from the records, we were unable to duplicate this issue. If you are able to duplicate it using a very simple test app, please send it to support@dart.com. Make sure you include your serial number in the email.

I can duplicate it. But the problem is that this happens only on two machine (Our client has 4 WinNT 4.0 machines, two are working, two are not). It has something to do with the configuration.
So I don't think that a sample will help (sample is straight forward, nothing special).
Could I collect other data?

All you can do is start comparing system files and other aspects of the system until you find the contributing factor.

I tought more on for example grabbing the network traffic, or http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/tdimon.shtml

Would this help?
Or do you need a sample?

I thought you said a sample wouldn't help?

No, that would not help. If it only happens on two machines, then it has to do with those two machines not the data.
