We are using Secure FTP to transfer files with a business partner. We presently use "SSH Tectia Client" to do this, but we want to automate the process using a .Net program. I'm trying to get Dart's component to work, but I've been unable to connect to the server. If I use "Explicit" security, I get a timeout. If I use "Implicit" security, I get the following exception: "System.InvalidOperationException: Connection terminated by server during SSL handshake. ---> System.InvalidOperationException: Invalid security token received. May not be connecting to an SSL server." I wish I knew better what settings to use, but I do know that the default settings in the Tectia client work fine. Being fairly new to Secure FTP, and completely new to Dart's component, I'm really not sure how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!
Brad.

It sounds like you have a server that uses SSH, not SSL. Unfortunately the Secure FTP component does not support SSH so you will not be able to use it with that server.

I did mention I was a newbie, right? :-)

So do you know of any .Net components that do SSH? I realize you might be sending me to the competition, but....

Thanks again!
Brad.
