I build the project of "UdpTimeServer" an i get this message:
"Resource transformation for file 'Main.resx' failed. Possible Version mismatch. Type System.Net.IPAddress has 5 members, number of members deserialized is 1.". What can I do?

What version of Visual Studio are you using?

Looks like VS2003 has a problem converting something in the resx from the VS2002 project. Unfortunately I don't have a quick solution for you. Hopefully you can create a new project and just copy and paste the code from the old one.

You may be able to get it to work if you search the Main.* files for the words "System.Net.IPAddress" and then remove the offending code and trying again.
