I have a problem when using the Daemon Tool, the Daemon does not allways accept a connection. I am using your WebServer example (C++), to test connection from another server-application that I am using (Rhapsody).

Test scenario:
I send a message from my server application to both your WebServer app and a network monitoring tool. The monitoring tool does allways receive the message, but your WebServer app does not receive the message every time (every 2-3 times it does not receive).

I have tested it on both WinXp and Windows 2000 SP4, but I cant get it to work on both installations. I have applied the latest patches for Winsock tool.

Any ideas?

How fast are you making the connections?

Can you tell me how to duplicate this using the sample?

I send messages every 2-3 seconds I beleive, so I shouldīnt be overloading PowerTCP i guess.
It is difficult for you to test this problem since we use a third-party integration system called Rhapsody http://www.orionhealth.com/rhapsody_demo.htm, and they donīt seem to have a demo available.

But all I am doing is to make the WebServer listen to port 6000, and the network monitoring tool listen to port 7000. I then send a message through Rhapsody which then sends out messages to port 6000 and 7000. The monitoring tool receives it every times, but the WebServer only receives it sometimes.

But we are in contact with Rhapsody support, so if you have any idea of what might be the problem we can ask their support team.
