I have used the control to restart STOR command with the ftpMarker parameter with success. But if the file is between 2.1 and 4.2 Gig the size of the file sent is returned as a negative number. If I pass this negative Long to the Dart Control will it start at the correct place/

No. Currently the Active FTP control does not support restarting on files greater than 2.1 gig because of a limitation of the data type (a long). In order to support this, we will have to add a new method that takes a MarkerHigh and MarkerLow property.

I have added a feature request (#2459) to support this. Please contact Dave Harry (sales@dart.com) if you have questions about it's progress.

If you don't want to wait for that, and you have .NET, you can use our FTP for .NET product as I mentioned in your previous thread.
