But if the file is between 2.1 and 4.2 Gig the size of the file sent is returned as a negative number. If I pass this negative Long to the Dart Control will it start at the correct place/
Tony Priest From: Utica, NY USA Posts: 8466 Member Since: 04/11/00	posted April 6, 2004 7:34 AM No. Currently the Active FTP control does not support restarting on files greater than 2.1 gig because of a limitation of the data type (a long). In order to support this, we will have to add a new method that takes a MarkerHigh and MarkerLow property. I have added a feature request (#2459) to support this. Please contact Dave Harry (sales@dart.com) if you have questions about it's progress. If you don't want to wait for that, and you have .NET, you can use our FTP for .NET product as I mentioned in your previous thread.
