anybody can you help me, i try identify which kind of proxy use for some clients, exists any utility for determinate the kind of proxy.

I am sorry but I don't understand what you are asking. Can you provide a real-world example?

actualy i have customer with a wide types of proxys and restriction over port ftp no. 21. then i need transfer files throught the proxy's client. but exists various types of proxyes login, user, sock 4 sock 5 . how i can identificate the type and the configure the ftp tool for transfere correctly.

I would have no way of telling that without talking to your customer. Have you asked the customer what type of proxy they use?

If you don't know, then you would have to give them the option to choose. Kind of like we do in the sample ListView client.
