Is there any way I can move message from One folder to another folder using POP ?

How do I save save a copy of sent mail to Sent folder using POP ?

No. You can't add messages with POP. The protocol doesn't allow it. You can do it with IMAP though.

Thanks,
Just curios. Does all mail server support IMAP.

If not - can I use POP and IMAP in combination ?

(pop for downloading and IMAP for folder manipulation)

I am on Roadrunner at home and IMAP is not an option, so that tells you that not all support both.

Yes you could use them in conjunction. You can write the program so that the user uses IMAP if they have it and POP if they don't.

That means - with server which supports only POP3,
there is no way I can move messages from one folder to another ?

Do I have any other option for this situation?

There's no concept of folders in POP, so there is no folder to move anything to. I don't see the problem. If your user has IMAP they can move messages around. If all they had was POP, they never could, so they won't miss anything.
