How Can I make sure I have read the message b4 deleting it 4. how do I attach a txt file, is uuencode Automatic??? if you can please point me to some sort of a tutorial for Visual Basic that deals with POP3 and SMTP. |

posted December 3, 2003 2:23 PM Since you posted in the Mail Tool forum, I assumed you were using the Mail Tool. Now I see that you are using PowerTCP Pro. If you have further questions, please post in the correct forum. To answer your current question: What you want to do is done in the sample. Please take a look at the code where the message is displayed after it's retrieved. |

I am still not clear on how does the pop3 implementation work in PowerTCP? isn’t there some documentation online or tutorial for PowerTCP pro? I can see it is all event based but what sequence do the events fire in, ...and exactly how do you read the messages and into what? I am so damn lost …. |
