I'm using the DartFTP COM from VB6. I open 10 threads (which are ActiveX DLL, appartment threading). Each thread send another file to the same FTP server.

The problem: When the first thread completes it calls Ftp1.logout. Subsequently all the other threads block, and never finish their transfer.

Questions:
1. Should I logout in a multi-threaded application?
2. Is it enough to call Set Ftp1 = nothing, to free all the Ftp object resources?

Thanks in advance

This would be too complex an issue to get into on the forum. Please send the question directly to support@dart.com
