How can I call a webservice from Powerbuilder using the web tool?

The webservice I have to call has the following format

GetRateCharge(int iResult, string sSite_ID, string sUser, string sPwd, string sConnection, string sXMLRateIn, string sStatus_Msg, string sXMLRateOut)

I need this functionality included in the application we are using at work.

Please, an answer ASAP!!!!!

You would have to know the URL first. There are probably also you variables that you need to add. After you figure out what the URL is, take a look at the Postdemo sample to see how to add variables.
