posted October 31, 2003 9:56 AM Hi, How could I use your component to return all the MAC addresses of all the hosts on the local subnet? I'm guessing I'd use the UDP component and grab the MAC from the datagrams that come back? Many thanks dan |

posted October 31, 2003 10:12 AM I don't know of a way to do that with straight TCP. However, if there is an SNMP Agent somewhere on the net that has this info, you could use the SNMP manager control to query it. |
