posted October 8, 2003 2:56 PM I am writing an ActiveX DLL with VB6 SP5 using the Webtool control. When the timeout value is set to 0 the first post works okay, but the second post causes the application to crash with an unhandled exception error. The error appears to be in oleaut32 in the waitformultipleobjects function. If I change the timeout to 3000 (only change), I can make post after post without problem. Also it seems that if I use GetEx instead of post the app does not crash. The host specs call for me to use post and the developer I am creating the program for wants to be able to call my module syncronously or asyncronously. I have modified the PostDemo to reproduce this if that helps. |
