I use PowerTCP in a distributed product for HTTPS file transfers. I'm going to reformat the development system hard drive this product is installed on, and I'll be switching development machines in the near future. Also, I've switched development machines last January and re-registered the product.

The help file states:

"If you need to re-install more than once, you will be prompted to complete a License Transfer form that will be sent to your sales representative for approval. Within two working days Dart will reset your Serial Number and notify you when you can re-register your product. The product will operate as a trial for up to 30 days."

I hope the above statement is no longer true as this will bring support and development to a complete HALT, which is absolutely unacceptable, as I'm sure the CEO of Dart Communications, Inc. could imagine.

If switching development system/reformatting hard drives, are the above quoted requirements still enforced?

Thank You,

John

Yes. Please contact sales@dart.com to discuss different options for license management.
