posted October 7, 2003 6:01 PM I'm using web tool to communicate with a ASP.NET application. When the application is used on a computer with dialup or cable modem, no problems. On two different customer systems with different DSL providers it does not work. Both customer swear there is no proxy. Both DSL providers use PPPOE. The error I get is 'Cant connect to the server'. How can I get the web tool to work with DSL? Is PPPOE the issue? FWIW one use is using AOL DSL and other other SouthWesternBell/Yahoo DSL. I dont have access to dsl to test with. |
