We are just interested in have a secure SSL TCP component client that communicates securely back to the Server.

If this is crucial to you and you are not able to find an alternate solution, you can contact our sales department to discuss a custom solution.

The closest I've seen is mentalis.org, but they dont support compact framework because they "rely on the crypto API that isn't supported in CF". Add that to OpenCFNET (or openNETcf?)'s implementation of the crypto API and you're close, but no one has put them together.
