I know that the control it supposed to detect this, but it isn't. I'm only getting mangled executables. The TransferMode property is where I thought I would do this but the constants are only Stream Block Mode and Compressed, nothing about not changing line feed characters to crlfs. Thanks in advance for your help. -james
