Hi,
I am using dart web control and fetching the data from my local site. I provide username and password to the control and it allows me to login to my site. For further data fetching I don't provide the username and password and it's working fine for that session.
Now when I change the username and password and try to login to my site, sometimes it gives me error and sometimes it allows me to login with a wrong username and password. Although for each login I am creating Web Control object again and also executing the link for logout from my site before login.

Thanks
Himanshu

Hi Himanshu,
Is the behavior of our control different than what you see when you connect with IE?
My guess is that the session cookie has not yet expired for those new connections that get through.

Hi,
My question is when I am accessing some URL it should fetch the data on the basis of username and password. Now when I change the URL, username and password the status should be either 200 or 401 depending open the validity of url, username and password. It should not take care of the session that was created on one server. But it's not the case. Sometimes with wrong username and password it shows the status 200 and sometimes with correct username password the status is 401.

Thanks
Himanshu

Hi,
My advise would be to use a protocol sniffer to discover what IE sends to the server, and then you can figure out how to do the same with the control.
If you would like assistance with this process, please consider one of our paid support options, and we can help you to figure it out.
Thanks,
