Have you ever encountered a problem when setting DartStream.FileName = something in VB where the temporary file was not being created? We have a client where it does get created most of the time, but every once in awhile, it does not.

Do you get an error message when the file isn't created? Under what conditions can you find that the file isn't created. If you haven't already done so, please run the update.

No, the only error that happens is when there is an attempt to do a DartStream.Write and you get an error of file not found. It's possible that it might be an issue with our client's system, but I just wanted to see if this is something you had noticed before.

We haven't noticed that in the past. Check what value you have .FileMode set to. If it is set to createExisting it may throw an error if the file doesn't exist.

Of course I can't say this for certain, but I suspect it has something to do with permissions on your end.
