posted August 14, 2002 11:27 AM Hi, i'm using powervt 2.1 with windows 98 and the first time a do a printscreen on any laserjet, it's ok but all other times, it' print only 24 thik black lines. I must reboot to make another correct printscreen. I have about 100 users with different OS/Printers and it's the only one that do that. Anybody have experience this ? |

posted August 14, 2002 1:23 PM Are you the only one running Win 98? What do you have to reboot to reset the problem, the printer or the PC? We don't update PowerVT 2.1, so any bug that is found on our end wouldn't be taken care of. My suggestion would be to update to PowerVT 3.0, or at least download the trial, and see if that fixes the problem. |
