Hi
I'm trying to use Service Control with PowerBuilder8 application. I've been able to start service. But when I stop service, close event for window in my application is not triggering. State event for service control is not triggering too.

It looks like PowerBuilder suppresses it. I would use the Service state event anyway. When the SCM closes the service you will get a State event telling you.

that's the problem. State event is never triggered, even after Connect() method
Could you please provide a sample code for PowerBuilder?
Thanks,
Yuri

Sure. Here is a link to a quick little test I did for PB6.5. It should work in 8, but I don't have 8 available here so I can't check.
