posted August 2, 2002 2:02 PM Hi I'm trying to use Service Control with PowerBuilder8 application. I've been able to start service. But when I stop service, close event for window in my application is not triggering. State event for service control is not triggering too. Yuri |

posted August 2, 2002 5:39 PM It looks like PowerBuilder suppresses it. I would use the Service state event anyway. When the SCM closes the service you will get a State event telling you. |

posted August 2, 2002 8:55 PM Sure. Here is a link to a quick little test I did for PB6.5. It should work in 8, but I don't have 8 available here so I can't check. PB6 Service Sample: http://www.dart.com/downloads/PB6service.zip |
