I am transfering a 2 to 3 meg file and at about byte 844789 there is a hex 13 and hex 10 or '0D' and '0A'. Is this a known bug? I think we had this same problem at a 32k limit and I think we got a patch to fix that. What should I do?
thanks
Brian

Hi Brian,
No, it is not a known bug.
Are you using the correct file transfer type (binary vs ascii)?

The way we have it set is that everything downloads with ASCII

Hi,
That may be the problem. What happens when you do a binary transfer?

Why would that make a difference? What do you get out of using binary instead of ascii?

Hi,
With binary transfers, the LFs are not replaced with CRLFs. Also, this makes the transfer faster.
