posted January 17, 2002 6:28 AM I am transfering a 2 to 3 meg file and at about byte 844789 there is a hex 13 and hex 10 or '0D' and '0A'. Is this a known bug? I think we had this same problem at a 32k limit and I think we got a patch to fix that. What should I do? thanks Brian |

posted January 17, 2002 9:20 AM Hi Brian, No, it is not a known bug. Are you using the correct file transfer type (binary vs ascii)? -ken K M Drake Dart Tech Support |

posted January 17, 2002 9:39 AM The way we have it set is that everything downloads with ASCII |

posted January 17, 2002 10:49 AM Why would that make a difference? What do you get out of using binary instead of ascii? |

posted January 17, 2002 11:47 AM Hi, With binary transfers, the LFs are not replaced with CRLFs. Also, this makes the transfer faster. -ken K M Drake Dart Tech Support |
