Tengo problemas al utilizar el metodo retrive, desde una maquina cliente, ya que el archivo que selecciono para realizar el download, por ejemplo al C:\archivo.txt de la maquina cliente, se realiza pero en el C:\archivo.txt del server, y no en la del cliente. Desde ya muchas gracias

Hi,
The client machine is going to be whatever machine the control is being used on. Because ASP is server-side scripting, the host running the script is the client machine. Therefore, any file retrieved will be stored on this machine.

Mi pregunta es que debo crear el control del lado del cliente para que funcione?. Si es asi, me podrìa guiar para realizar la distribuciòn ya que he tenido problemas con ello, ya que el control cuando lo distribuyo por medio de una pagina ASP, en la maquina cliente me aparece el mensaje de que el producto es trial. Como puedo solucionar esto?. Yo tengo licencia para el control ftptool.

Must I create the control on client side, so that it works?
If It is true could you please tell me how do this. Because I have problems when I
insert the control in an ASP page. (<objet> ftp......codebase....</objet>)
when I do this in the client machine appears the message "trial..." and I have
control tool licence. Please would you explein me how to distribute in an ASP page.

Hi Diego,
If you are using the control in an ASP script, you should follow the instructions on the Distribution page of the help file, under "Distribution under IIS."
Basically, you will have to install your license into the registry of the machine running the script.
