Does the Web tool do any Base64 encoding of the username and password? A server that I am trying to post to requires the username and password to be Base64 encoded - see below.

The Automated Access application must also have a valid user ID and password. This user ID and password combination is used to create the HTTP authentication header. The user ID and password are combined together with a colon character and then Base64 encoded. This header must be sent with every request.

Hi,
Yes, use the Username and Password parameters of the method call you are making, and the header will be added automatically.
