I caught this error as a result of the recipients list being blank. It was returned in the Error event. I would have expected a documented error for this type of thing. In fact, earlier today I got a message about the recipients list being invalid. What's this error code - I can't find documentation on this and I want to be able to handle this gracefully. Thanks!

Hi,
If you look in the Help, under the Smtp.Send method, it lists the possible error codes as constants. Future versions of the help doc will include the error numbers as well.
In your error event, you can set up cases for these constants (see the Number parameter).
Thanks for pointing this out to us,

Hi,

Thanks for the response. I'm actually handling all possible values in ErrorConstants. I do a switch statement on the Number parameter in my Error event handler to determine which error message to display. The problem is that ptNoRecipients isn't defined in the type library for the Dart SMTP component. I hadn't included that in my switch statement because it is absent from the ErrorConstants help page. All of the other values in ErrorConstants appear to be there. I assume that until a fix is released, I can define ptNoRecipients with a value of 15013, correct?

Hi,
Yes, that's correct.
I didn't realize that the constant wasn't listed.
Thanks again.
