posted November 27, 2001 12:54 PM When I use the Power TCP Web Tool on my development machine, calls to retrieve web pages have a neglible impact on my CPU Usage. I can, in fact, run 5 or 10 instances of the application without any major performance impact. However, when i use the tool on other production machines, a single call within a single instance of the application consumes 100% of the CPU usage for the duration of the call. The production machines are actually higher performance machines than my development machine.
