I've installed the Zip Compression Tool on my machine with Windows NT 4.0 workstation (sp 5) as operating system. When running the Zip Manager (one of the VB-examples), I get a fatal error at the moment that I add a file to my Zip-file. This is the error-message (from Dr. Watson):
"Could not attach to the application. Windows NT Error code = 87".
The same error occurs when I run a simple application using the Zip Compression Tool which i coded myself (exactly according the documentation provided).
Could you please help me?

Hi,
Please send the zip file and the additional file to support@dart.com, and we will take a look.
Thanks,

Hi again,
I the mean time I found out that the problem has to do with my machine. I installed the Zip compression tool on another machine (with Windows 2000 as operating system) and here everything works great. Does somebody has any idea what might be wrong on my machine?

Hi,
Do you have all the system requirements, as outlined in the Distribution section of the help file?

I can't find anything about distribution in the help file but hopefully does next information from the Dart Diagnostics Report help you solving my problem!

Hi,
There is a Distribution link at the top of the Intro page for the Zip Compression Tool.

Hi,
The problem resulted from using an older version of DartSock.dll with the Zip Tool.
