I am trying to distribute an app using the Telnet tool. I registered the tool and the registration program recognises this. In VB6 when I make the .exe file and then try to run it I get the error "You do not have an appropriate license o use this functionality" but when I execute the program from within visual basic I do not get this error/ Any help would be great. Thanx, Alistair

Hi Alistair,

Thanks for using Dart's Telnet Tool. The error when running the .exe file may be caused by older versions of the tool files. Please go to www.dart.com/support and install update.exe, then compile the .exe file and try to run it again. If you still get the error, send a small section of code which generates the error when compiled to support@dart.com.
