posted March 27, 2001 6:17 AM Hi I have written a little VB program that uses Web Tool. It workes well with http protocol but when using https protocol I receive this error RunTime Error 12045: The function is unfamiliar with the Certificate Authority that generated the server's certificate I use a trial version of web tool. I want to know how can I correct this? thanks Ehsan |

posted March 28, 2001 11:09 AM That means that the Certificate Authoroity is not trusted. In other words the client machine does not trust certificates issued by whatever source the server obtained it's certificate. Hope this helps! Tony Priest Dart Tech Support |
